Processing Time for Made To Order Items

  • Due to busy convention season, our processing time for made to order items is currently 2-4 weeks from when we receive your order. Chiisai Neko is a hand made store so all items are made upon order hence why the processing time is a little longer than usual.

***During event times, there may be delays and the processing time can be pushed back. An announcement on our website and Instagram will be available if this were to occur***

Convention Pickup

For customers attending conventions where Chiisai Neko will be exhibiting, we offer a Convention Pickup option for online orders. This allows you to preorder your items and pick them up in person at our booth during the event.

When selecting this option at checkout, please note the following:

  • Pickup orders must be collected in person during the convention.
  • You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification before the event with pickup instructions.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID when picking up.
  • If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, please contact us ahead of time to authorize the pickup.
  • Unclaimed pickup orders can be shipped after the convention upon request. Additional shipping fees will apply.
  • As a small handmade business, all items are made to order. Therefore, no cancellations or refunds are accepted once your order has been placed.

Returns/Refunds

  • We are currently unable to accept at returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items we ship and produce. Being apparel and wearable accessories, all sales are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned for sanitary reasons.
  • Returns/exchanges may be taken under special circumstances, but any return or exchange must be delivered back to Chiisai Neko 2 weeks after the return label has been sent to the customer. Once the product arrives to us, then we will ship the replacement to you if it is needing an exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot cancel that order. Most orders are processed and shipped too quickly to allow for cancellation. 

My package says delivered, but nothing came!

  • Unfortunately that is an issue with the post office and Chiisai Neko has no special information or liability when it comes to lost packages.
  • Chiisai Neko will NOT contact the post office on your behalf, but can provide package information in regards to color and size when filing a report.
